Daily Care & Hospital Buy-Up
Daily Care Options include coverage for routine screenings, doctor office visits, prescriptions and more.
The Hospital Buy-Up Plan covers limited inpatient hospital care in accredited hospitals for each enrolled member. Coverage includes inpatient surgery, but not outpatient or elective surgeries.

Hospital Indemnity
Hospital Indemnity plans provide lump-sum cash benefits for medical services related to a hospital visit.
